Family-owned and operated, P3 Utility Services is led by Bill Pittman, a licensed water and wastewater professional with 34+ years in both the public and private sectors. Bill specializes in efficiency, profitability, and compliance.

Bill has planned and managed capital projects of all sizes, including septic-to-sewer conversions, storage tank and lift station rehabilitations, and collection system relines. He delivers new utility infrastructure on time and on budget while balancing the needs of all stakeholders. A recognized expert in SCADA/telemetry implementation and operations, he also leads robust emergency preparedness planning and execution.
